Team Seroya – managed by head coach Shuki Seroya, an elite Israeli champion in half ironman. Team seroya is a triathlon, iron man and running team that trains its athletes in a proven and science based method for Ironman competitions and marathons both in Israel and abroad.
Team Seroya provides professional support for triathletes and runners. Using lactate threshold testing our coaching staff is able to provide each athlete with an individualised program. This means each athlete receives specific workouts that are best for them, personal training zones to guarantee progress and prevent injury, as well as their ideal race pace to guarantee they accomplish their goal and fulfil their potential.
Our training group provides weekly swimming, running and cycling sessions as well as training camps in Israel and abroad. All of this is under the guidance of a professional coaching staff with upwards of 15 years of coaching experience.
Elite Triathlete from 2006-2018. 2013 Israeli Champion in 70.3 Half Ironman. 2006 & 2007 Deputy National champion in 70.3 Half Ironman. 2006 Israeli Time Trial Champion ages 19-29.
Shuki has over 19 years of coaching experience and has coached over hundreds of athletes. Shuki coaches using a special training method he developed.
The program begins with a specialized lactic acid threshold test. Using the test results, we are able to find your different training zones and give you a training plan that is customized for your body so you can train efficiently and accurately. The combination of a program that is right for you and support from our professional coaching staff guarantees that you will arrive at your competition injury free and in peak physical + mental condition, so that you can become an Ironman and compete both in Israel and around the world!

We will be able to know what specific type of workouts are best for you, what your ideal training paces to get the best results, and what your potential race paces are depending on the distance of the competition. (testing is done while moving and can be done for both running and cycling)
